COLOTTE ART DECO GLASS VASE

The great French Art Deco glass artist Aristede Colotte invented a very unusual technique for producing his very unique glass -- he chipped out the designs using a chisel, under water. This technique created very dramatic and strongly visual designs with intresting textures. His pieces are scarce, and this is a beauty, with strong Art Deco motifs. 7.25 x 7 inches.
