One of Mathegot’s most iconic design designs. Mathegot was major proponent of Modernism in France, and considered one of the most innovative designers of the 1950’s. He loved working with metals, and found new ways of treating metals to create sculptural and textured forms.
This table was originally designed and exhibited in 1958 at the Salon des Arts Menageres in Paris.
