Pate de verre is a technique using finely ground glass mixed with a binding agent, then formed, usually in a mould, and heated to fuse the glass. The results are beautiful objects that glow with rich colors. This was particularly popular during the French Art Nouveau perios, and Argy Rousseau was a master of this technique. 7 x 3.50 inches.
