Description

Iconic and beautiful sculpture by  Alfred Auguste Janniot. This was part of a study done for the facade of the Hotel du Collectionneur at the 1925 Paris Expo. Janniot was one of the most important sculptors working in France, and he also created the sculpted facade of Le Maison Francaise at Rockefeller Center. 22 x 9 inches. Gilded plaster.
